Before heading over for your first appointment make sure that you are wearing loose, comfortable clothing. The Physical Therapist may need to take measurements of the injured or problem area. You may also do stretching and light exercise. 

When you arrive, you will check in with the front office staff. They will ask you for your name and insurance cards (if you are using health insurance for your visits). If you haven't completed the paperwork provided on this page, they will give you the paperwork to complete in the office. 

Once all of your intake paperwork is complete a Physical Therapist will call you back into the treatment area. The Physical Therapist will do an evaluation of the injured or problem area and decide on a treatment plan that will take place over the next few weeks. 

Once your appointment is complete, you will check out with the front office staff to get all of your future appointments scheduled based on the treatment plan discussed with your Physical Therapist.
